I am a certified international executive coach and founder of AJC Coach. I work in English and French.I have 15 years of experience in sales, marketing and communication. I worked as project manager, international sales manager, and project development in various sectors (media, sport, administration) for 8 years in the USA. I also have entrepreneurial experience when I founded and developed my own natural cosmetic production and distribution company in California.As your coach, I am qualified to help you in the development of your career. Whether you want to change your career, start a new one after moving countries or create your own business, I will help you take full measure of your potential and reach your goals more efficiently. I will follow you through each step as your mirror, confront your blind spots and focusing on preferences. My approach is both caring and pragmatic helping you move on quickly with confidence and strength.
I work along side Managers, Business leaders and Entrepreneurs and follow them throughout the evolution of their professional careers whilst placing emphasis on the development of their competencies. With equal proficiency, I provide professional guidance, support, team building, and/ or workshops to teams who are searching to improve their effectiveness with the objective of achieving alignment of the company’s vision, spirit, and culture.
